Top quality for every single gear

Series production of gearing components

Gear technology is our specialty! We have decades of experience in metal-cutting and plastic injection molding, state-of-the-art machinery on an area spanning more than 26,500 square meters, and a high degree of vertical integration in-house. As a result, we have all the parameters that determine quality in our hands, enabling us to produce gearing with complex requirement profiles to meet your exact specifications, to the highest quality standards.

Series production of metal gears

Our product range includes pinion shafts, rotor shafts, gears, and ring gears with internal and external teeth. We also manufacture sprockets, tooth segments, and special profiles according to individual customer requirements—with straight or helical teeth. We offer the gear components in a wide variety of modules, diameters, gear widths, shaft lengths, and gear ratios—entirely to your requirements.

When manufacturing gearing components from steel, brass, and other non-ferrous metals, we utilize processes such as turning, slot and gear broaching, worm wheel and worm milling, as well as gear shaping and hobbing. Moreover, we are experts in profile grinding, generating grinding, power skiving, and bore and cylindrical grinding. As one of the few manufacturers in our industry, we have our own heat treatment processes that gives us pinpoint control over the surface hardness and toughness of our gearing components. Our machine park is also equipped with numerous milling centers for housing and gear machining.

Series production of plastic gears and technical components

We rank among the pioneers in precision plastic injection molding, using this process to manufacture high-quality gearing parts, transmission components, and technical components with complex geometries. Our innovative injection molding production facility is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery with a variable clamping force of 250 to 3,300 kN. These systems are what enable us to successfully meet your exacting requirements.

When producing technical injection molded parts, we use thermoplastics such as POM, PA6/66, PA11/12, PA 4.6, PBT, PC, PEI, PPA, PPE, PPS, and PFA, making the most of their specific properties. We’re one of the few manufacturers that can also process a variety of fillers and reinforcing materials, as well as the high-temperature-resistant plastic PEEK. Thanks to our wide range of materials, we can offer you the very best material for every application.

Series production of hybrid components

Hybrid components unite the advantages of different materials in a single component. This involves combining two different plastics—for example, a high-strength polymer for dimensional stability and an elastic material for damping—or combining metal and plastic in a gearing component.
We have various processes available for the series production of your hybrid components: Two-component injection molding for plastic-plastic hybrid components, overmolding of metal components using injection molding, and interlinked processes that enable us to permanently bond metal and plastic components. This is how we create components that allow you to tap into new application possibilities.
