Control valve actuators in district heating pipe networks
In district heating pipe networks, customer-specific actuators for control valves take over the precise control of volume flows. Framo Morat manufactures over 100 variants of customer-specific actuators for this purpose, which differ in terms of travel, force, speed, and operating voltage. Integrated test sequences during assembly ensure that all relevant characteristic values are reliably achieved. In addition to complete assembly, we also produce the necessary plastic injection molded parts – for the highest quality from a single source.
Custom valve actuators for heating systems
As compact small valve actuators, our assemblies control zone valves in radiators or induction devices. More than 25 variants are created from over 40 individual parts, which are characterized by different stroke forces and positioning speeds. Each unit undergoes a final inspection to ensure that it meets the required performance data. Here, too, we manufacture the plastic injection molded parts, which enables close integration of development, production, and quality control.
