The drive that keeps you moving forward

Series production of drive systems

Our manufacturing capabilities extend far beyond the production of gearing parts. What sets us apart in drive technology is our expertise in providing tight support for projects from design to series production—in other words, from the initial idea to the ready-to-use drive system.

Installation nearby

Our assembly sites at our headquarters in southern Germany, Poland, and Mexico, along with our service and logistics centers in the USA and Turkey, enable us to stay close to our customers and their markets in accordance with the local-to-local principle. After all components have undergone quality testing, we manufacture partially assembled modules, transmissions and subsystems or complete drives for you—including motors, controls and peripherals, depending on your requirements.

Numerous procedures

We rely on a wide variety of processing methods to do this: From force-controlled press-fitting to ultrasonic welding, bonding, and shrinking of a wide variety of materials to marking, we cover the entire process chain; this includes process-oriented interim testing on our own assembly lines, which are custom-built for your drive project.

Consistent testing

We develop the entire warehousing and logistics concept with you in mind—including documentation and packaging. Before we deliver the series product to you for installation, we perform an end-of-line inspection at our facility. The drive characteristics previously agreed in the specifications—such as torque, current consumption, or noise—are tested for functionality on a separate test bench.

The result is drive solutions that perform reliably in a whole host of different industries: From drives for curved stairlifts, which transport people with limited mobility safely and comfortably up and down stairs in their own homes, to plastic assemblies that operate control valves in district heating pipe networks depending on the travel distance, actuating force, speed or operating voltage, through to two-component mixing devices that dispense two paste-like substances at the touch of a button in dental technology.

Long-term product evolution

But that’s not all: Even when the product has been in series production for some time, we’ll still be on hand to support you with our rigorous supplier management, customer-oriented complaint management, and change management focused on cost-effectiveness and functionality. Close collaboration enables us to continuously improve our systems and jointly design the next generation of your drive in good time, to give you a real competitive edge.
