In addition to hub gears, we also offer complete wheel hub drive systems. These highly integrated wheel hub drives combine the wheel, a high-precision planetary gearbox, a powerful motor, as well as a brake, encoder, and control unit, all in one comprehensive package.
Our wheel hub drives are available in two model variants that differ primarily in terms of size, load capacity, and motor power. Both versions can be adapted to your application by selecting the appropriate planetary gear ratio and choosing between Standard, Advanced, or Ultimate configurations. As with our gearboxes, we also provide fully customized wheel hub drive design tailored to your specific application.

The modular, scalable wheel hub drive system is available in various configurations with uniform installation space and identical load capacities. The “Standard” version boasts a tried-and-true system with a plug-and-play setup that is easy to use in vehicles. This provides vehicle manufacturers with an application-specific system, resulting in either more compact vehicles with the same load capacity or increased usable installation space for batteries and electronics.
There are also two higher-tier versions, each of which adds more functionality than the previous version. In addition to the integrated motor controller, the “Advanced” system includes an extra motor encoder with a safety function, offering intelligent, secure control and monitoring of the systems. The “Ultimate” version has additional sensors for optimized application performance and continuous data capture to improve the entire drive cycle.
