Prototype manufacturing

Our project engineering department produces initial samples as well as preproduction and small series, providing you with a first impression of functionality and performance at an early stage. Our state-of-the-art metal and plastic machining processes and additive manufacturing technologies enable us to implement complex geometries quickly and translate design concepts directly into practice.

Tool design and toolmaking

At the same time, we develop and build the tools for series production. Having our own toolmaking facility and a strong partner network ensures that precision, time-to-market, and costs are aligned. Moldflow analyses, prototype tools in 3D printing, and high-precision CNC and erosion machines provide the basis for injection molding tools designed to suit specific materials and components.

Verification and validation

As soon as the first prototypes are available, we test them under realistic conditions. From two-dimensional measurement to noise and motor testing to endurance and stress testing: We verify that all specifications have been met and validate that your product works reliably in its application. State-of-the-art test benches, real-time data analysis, and comprehensive documentation ensure that theory is reliably translated into practice.

Industrialization and automation

In conclusion, we build the foundation that ensures reliable series production. We select and certify suppliers, compile series drawings and parts lists, define processes in P-FMEA, and support the sampling process. At the same time, we develop customized automation solutions—from assembly lines to end-of-line test benches. This creates fully networked, efficient manufacturing environments that combine quality and cost-effectiveness.
