Framo Morat’s hub gears are characterized by their compact design, which is achieved by integrating the planetary gearbox into the wheel hub. In applications with limited installation space, such as wheel drives for automated guided vehicles (AGVs), the hub gears stand out for their high radial load capacity, long service life, and low noise emissions. The hub gears are available in the NG250, NG500, and NG750 models, each with single-stage and two-stage versions. Based on these models, we can implement customer-specific adaptations or fully customized drive systems. We also offer highly integrated wheel hub drives as plug-and-play solutions.

Slip-on geared motors in the Compacta series with integrated automatic switching devices are ideal drives for applications with reversing operation.
Their compact design and light weight are achieved through a spur/worm gearbox paired with performance-optimized motors. This makes the Compacta series particularly suitable for applications with limited installation space. Based on our standard models, we can implement modifications or develop entirely new, application-specific solutions.

The Framo Morat planetary gearbox range includes the high-end series with flange, inline, and angular gearboxes, as well as the exceptionally cost-efficient high-end economy series.
