In order to develop tailor-made solutions for our customers, we accompany every project through all phases of the product development process – from the initial inquiry to series production:

  1. Inquiry
    The project launch and clarification of specifications mark the start of a collaborative partnership.
  2. Feasibility study
    Initial concept ideas, rough design, 3D concepts, and 2D drawings form the basis for indicative pricing.
  3. Detailed development
    Elaboration of the solution including D-FMEA, detailed design (2D/3D), creation of parts lists, definition of test criteria, and updating of target costs.
  4. Prototype construction
    In-house production, purchased parts, assembly, and initial tests on the prototype – supplemented by “make or buy” analyses and initial sample testing.
  5. Design validation
    Test bench setup, validation tests, comparison with specifications, and documentation are incorporated into the optimization of the design.
  6. Industrialization
    Supplier selection, assembly line planning, series pricing, and D-FMEA review and adjustment ensure readiness for series production.
  7. Sampling
    Pre-series assembly (FOT), tests, inspections, and approval processes (SOP release) prepare for series production.
  8. Series production
    Series production, including supply chain, change, and complaint management, as well as end-of-line testing, ensure a stable series start-up.
  9. Packaging & Shipping
    Procurement, logistics, and final inspections round off the process – ensuring reliable delivery to our customers worldwide.
