Just in time for LogiMAT 2025, Framo Morat’s hub gear platform is getting a powerful upgrade. The NG750 joins the well-established NG250 and NG500 models, offering an increased radial load capacity of up to 750 kg per wheel. Staying true to its original design engineered for AGVs and AMRs, the platform excels across all sizes with its compact design, versatile gear ratios, and easy wheel replacement. Moreover, the systems boast a long service life of up to 30,000 hours.

Framo Morat—a renowned specialist in the development and manufacture of gears and gear components made from various metals and engineering plastics, as well as complete drive systems that combine the advantages of both materials—has developed speeroX gearing, an innovative solution for angular gearboxes. The technology aims to improve the performance and efficiency of drives – especially in applications where conventional gear concepts reach their limits.

The Franz Morat Group once again announces a record result: At around 114 million euros, sales came in about 8% higher than in the previous year. As previously announced, Framo Morat’s takeover of the industrial business of F. Morat was concluded at the turn of the year. A transitional collective agreement associated with the takeover will be established at F. Morat, which will go forward and focus exclusively on the automotive sector.
