Assembly & Application
Once all components have undergone quality testing, the drive units are assembled on an assembly island designed according to the latest ergonomic and economic principles. Once the end-of-line testing has been completed, the product is finally delivered to the customer.
Special tasks require special solutions
Our range of drive solutions includes partially assembled modules, standardized gear units from our modular system, and ready-to-use complete drives including motors and controllers. We use a wide variety of machining processes and testing methods in our assembly operations. Find out more about our assembly capacities here.
End of line
Before the series product is finally delivered to the customer for installation, an end-of-line test is carried out at our premises. The drive characteristics agreed in advance with the customer (specifications), such as torque, current consumption, or noise, are tested for functionality on a separate test bench.
The driving force behind many industries
The result is drive solutions—from worm, spur, and planetary gears to complex drive systems including motors and controls—that perform reliably in a wide variety of industries. From drives for curved stairlifts, which transport people with limited mobility safely and comfortably up and down stairs in their own homes, to plastic assemblies that actuate control valves in district heating pipe networks depending on the travel distance, actuating force, speed, or operating voltage, to two-component mixing devices that dispense two paste-like substances at the touch of a button in dental technology.
