Visit us at LogiMAT 2024 in Stuttgart from March 19 – 21, 2024. At our trade show booth C01 in Hall 6, you can explore our wide spectrum of custom drive solutions for intralogistics – from gear components to smart drive systems. Here are a few examples: rotor shafts for the electric motors in industrial trucks, gear motors in the Compacta series for door operators in automated high-bay warehouses, planetary gears for drum motors, and spindle lifting gears for cranes and lifting equipment.
One of our special trade show highlights is the drive unit for pallet stackers and small forklifts based on the speeroX gear set. A high-performance electric motor, a helical-cut spur gear stage, and a speeroX gear set as an angle stage are combined in this innovative system. Compared to existing solutions, our development is characterized by high efficiency, power density, dynamics, and systems expertise. The speeroX gear set features silent operation, efficiency, and durability – and it enables higher gear ratios in one stage.
The Open Shuttle from KNAPP is another trade show highlight. It will be exclusively exhibited at our trade show booth and the KNAPP booth in Hall 6, Booth 6C77. Developed in collaboration with Dunkermotoren, the drive unit of this vehicle has an impressively progressive combination of an NG500 hub gear from Framo Morat and the powerful BG 75 BLDC motor from Dunkermotoren. With the hub gears, it achieves maximum power density on the gear side. Thanks to the favorable arrangement of the separate wheel bearings and planetary gear integrated in the wheel, they are particularly effective in wheel drives for automated guided vehicles.
We are also presenting our highly integrated wheel hub drive, which was developed especially for use in automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous robots (AMRs). This comprehensive solution combines all functional elements in a compact unit – from the robust PUR wheel and the precise planetary gear to the powerful electric motors, including the brake and electronics. For example, the wheel hub drive is used in the CR700 cleaning robot from Adlatus, which the company is exhibiting at Booth C58 in Hall 10. The modular wheel hub drive system comes in different versions with uniform installation space and identical load capacity. “Advanced” and “Ultimate” enhance functionality with smart control or application-optimized operation with continuous data acquisition.
