Development expertise for innovative drive solutions

We are also showcasing numerous innovations in the field of drive technology. Discover more about our extensive development expertise in custom drive systems, that we continuously enhance through successfully realized projects. One notable example is our drive system for curved stair lifts, co-developed with our customer TK Home Solutions. Now in its fourth generation, this system has been further refined with each iteration. Every development project at Franz Morat Group follows predefined project stages, ensuring that you benefit from our close collaboration from initial specification to final application.

We will also be presenting a selection of our standardized Compacta slip-on worm gear motors. These electromechanical drives are available in small quantities with short lead times. For larger quantities, extensive customization options are available, from minor modifications – using our proven modular system – to fully customized new developments. Our Compacta drives are now also available in a water-resistant version (IP65).

We are presenting the NG250 and NG500 platform hub gears, as well as the high-performance NG750. This latest model will be officially launched at LogiMAT 2025. At our booth, you can learn more about the versatile applications and key advantages of this compact and powerful gear series, including the space-saving design through the integration of the planetary stage into the wheel, the ability to handle high radial loads via direct force transmission into the vehicle frame, and the long service life with low noise emissions, achieved by separating the gearbox from the wheel.
