From November 26 to 28, 2019, the SPS in Nuremberg will open its doors for the 30th time. At Booth 530 in Hall 1, we will be presenting customized gear engineering and drive solutions.
Whether you are interested in automation technology and robotics, automotive technology and electromobility, or medical and rehabilitation device technology – our customer-specific drive systems and gear components are tried and tested in a wide variety of industries and applications. We have been creating drive solutions from a wide range of metals, thermoplastics or a combination of these two material groups for more than 100 years. You get everything from a single source. We accompany you every step of the way, from development and design to prototyping and testing all the way to assembly and series production.
One particular highlight of the trade fair is our ultra-compact wheel hub drive for automated guided vehicles (AGVs) in the booming intralogistics industry. The complete transmission fits into a narrow wheel hub. Thanks to the coaxial arrangement of the input and output shafts and the advantageous arrangement of the bearings, the hub drive performs well with large radial loads and features high bending rigidity and low noise emission. The transmission platform enables flexible connection to a variety of interfaces.
Everybody is talking about electromobility because of the current debate surrounding climate change. We have been manufacturing geared drive components for e-bikes, cargo bikes and e-scooters under the name Morat Swoboda Motion since July 2019 and we will also have these components on hand at this year’s SPS.
In addition, we will also be presenting our planetary gear series series, which covers the entire spectrum from high-end transmissions in flange, inline and angle designs to economy transmissions. The helical-cut components mean that our planetary gears meet the highest quality requirements. They are now available in our online shop.
But don’t just take our word for it – visit us at Booth 530 in Hall 1 and see for yourself!
We look forward to your visit and to our constructive conversations.
