Quality production for a variety of industries in injection mold production

In our innovative injection molding center, state-of-the-art machines are available with a variable clamping force from 250 to 3300 kN. Thanks to these systems, we are able to successfully meet the demanding requirements for a wide range of industries, including electrical engineering, mobile communications technology, mechanical engineering, drive technology and rehabilitation and medical device technology. To ensure compliance with industry-specific standards, we rely on methods like standardized batch tracing and end-to-end logging of production parameters. These measures not only ensure a smooth process from injection molding to further processing and assembly but also increase flexibility through project-specific set-up processes.

A wide range of materials for optimal injection molding solutions

In the production of technical injection molded parts, we process all thermoplastics, such as POM, PA6/66, PA11/12, PA 4.6, PBT, PC, PEI, PPA, PPE, PPS and PFA, and exploit their specific properties to the fullest. We are one of the few manufacturers to also process various fillers and reinforcing agents, as well as high-temperature-resistant PEEK plastic. Drawing on our wide range of materials, we make sure the most suitable material is used for every application.

Continuous improvement through expansion of our machining capabilities

In order to further improve our capacity, productivity and production options, we are continuously expanding and modernizing our selection of machinery. This includes single and multiple injection molds with one or more cavities, fully automatic insertion, visual inline inspection, packaging separation as well as process reliability and reproduction with the support of ERP (SAP), BDE (ALS), and CAQ (IQS) networks.

Selected examples of our machinery

ARBURG 570 E 2000-800 I Golden Electric

The ARBURG 570 E 2000-800 enables fully automated production with automatic feeding, thanks to visual sensor technology. The injection molding and packaging processes are carried out fully automatically, supported by a multi-level conveyor belt and a carton filling unit with counting device. The integrated four-cavity injection mold supports the processing of high-quality materials like PC GF10, which ensures exceptionally robust product quality. Screw-on plates are currently being produced on the ARBURG 570 E 2000-800 to protect sensitive battery contacts from moisture, dirt and corrosion.

ENGEL victory 200/50

Three ENGEL victory machines are an integral part of our industrial plastic injection molding machinery. Thanks to their compact design and outstanding energy efficiency, they save space and use up to 50% less energy. The machines are designed without a tie bar, which allows the interior space of the machines to be used more effectively and also gives the tools a greater level of freedom. As a result, larger tools can be used in a relatively small machine with identical clamping force. The Engel victory 200/50 tech is currently producing high-precision plastic gears for actuators and variable speed drives.
